Product Description:
Aluminium Honeycomb Box is produced with lightweight but high strength aluminium honeycomb panel. The panel gap is sealed with putty first then coated with PVDF painting material. Therefore the box is reusable and repairable if there is any damage to the box.
It will experience the embedded, vacuum molding or high temperature hot pressing molding, cutting, assembly, edge protection and other supporting processes, and then overall powder coated with fluorocarbon paint into a complete box. The box can be designed to be complete, modular (detachable), integrated etc, according to specific requirements. It makes the box more conducive to handling, loading and unloading.
